How to Make a Course Inactive

• Go to Fulfillment-->Courses-->Search for the course you would like to work on.
• Set the Course End Date for the current date (or for whatever date you want the course to end on).
• Once you have entered the Course End Date click Save.
• An Alma job runs nightly that will deactivate courses that have passed their End date
• Deactivating a course will deactivate its associated Reading List.
