Alma gives you the option to send a letter printout directly to any of your networked printers from your browser. 

Important Notes:

• Once the quick print feature has been enabled, it will stay enabled until it is disabled even if you've logged out of Alma.
• If you are printing to an email based printer, an email will be generated even if you use the quick print function.

1. Click the Library/Desk Selector icon, check the enable quick printing box, and then click anywhere in Alma to close the Library/Desk Selector window.

2.  The next time you perform a function that generates a letter, a print window will open in your browser.  You'll then be able to print the letter as you would any other document.
