There are currently two Quick-Print stations set up on the columns to the east and west of the Reference Desk. These stations should be logged on when you arrive.

Note: These computers only include the MS Office Suite; Word docs must be in a .docx or .doc file format. And they default to a Black-and-White print job. YOU MUST change your printer to the COLORLetter printer, if you need a color print job. Remember to change the printer back to BWLetter printer after you have sent your print job.

Students may send documents to be printed from the two Quick Print stations in two ways:

  1. Email: Click on Google Chrome icon and log in to your email. Print as you would normally from home. After you enter Print, a blue screen pops up and you must Name your print job. (Most people enter their first names or something they'll easily remember.) Then click Send to Server.
  2. External drive: Connect your external drive to the silver cable attached to the desktop; do not connect directly to the computer. Print as you would normally from home. After you enter Print, a blue screen pops up and you must Name your print job. (Most people enter their first names, or something they'll easily remember.) Then click Send to Server.
