If you attempted to ask a question during hours when the library is closed, the chat window will allow you to browse through some of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). If you are unable to find an answer to your question, you can also submit your unique question by scrolling down to the bottom on the screen and clicking on the Submit Your Question link.  After you enter your contact information along with your question, one of our librarians will be able to get back to you the following business day.

If you attempted to ask a question about books or research topics, you will need to refer to the catalog for books, or the databases for research topics.  Typing a question here will only retrieve Frequently Asked Questions content.  Go to the following:

Books: http://library.fullcoll.edu ==> Catalog

Databases (for research topics): http://library.fullcoll.edu==>Databases ===>(choose a database that will help you with your research, such as EBSCOhost, JSTOR, Lexis Uni, etc.
