We have 3 online workshops: from our home page, you will go to the blue box in the middle-right side, towards the bottom of the page: https://library.fullcoll.edu/
Avoiding Plagiarism Workshop - goes beyond the ethics of using sources effectively and provides students with the tools to avoid inadvertent plagiarism.
Evaluating Sources Workshop - based on the CRAAP Test developed by the Meriam Library at Cal State Chico. It starts with defining the necessity of having an information need before starting research and ties each of the evaluation elements to how they are defined by that information need.
Research Basics Workshop - provides a blueprint for the research process from identifying the topic, understanding the scope, finding background information before defined searching, basic and advanced search strategies (Boolean operators, phrase searching, truncation, date limiters, source type limiters), and using OneSearch.
We offer zoom library information sessions, too.
Asynchronous, tailored library instruction offerings, also.
In addition, the librarians can create tailored library guides for classes.
