Here are some troubleshooting techniques to try:

  • ID # is your MyGateway ID # also known as your Student/Staff ID # or Banner ID #
  • Check that your MyGateway ID # and password are entered right (sometimes auto-filling will enter the wrong information).
  • Clear out the cache/cookies from the browser you are using.
  • Try a different browser (if you have access to one).
