Here are some troubleshooting techniques to try:
- ID # is your MyGateway ID # also known as your Student/Staff ID # or Banner ID #
- Check that your MyGateway ID # and password are entered right (sometimes auto-filling will enter the wrong information).
- Clear out the cache/cookies from the browser you are using.
- Try a different browser (if you have access to one).
