I'm not sure if the problem that you encountered was a glitch on the part of the databases, or if it's an error on the part of NOCCCD/FC.

Could you check if this is still happening? If it is still an issue, here are my suggestions:

  • Clear out the cache/cookies from the browser you are using.
  • Try a different browser.
  • You can also log-in to the FC databases through Canvas. Go to the "account" tab in Canvas -- OneSearch should be available via the "Fullerton College Library" tab.
  • Log-in via MyGateway (through the library channel under the myGateway “Fullerton” tab). Then, select a library database or use OneSearch.
  • If you still can't log in: https://act.fullcoll.edu/.
